Introduction to Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (iCB2) is a one-week module given by Emidio Capriotti to the students of Introduction to Molecular Systems Biotechnology course organized by Prof. Markus Kollmann. The module, given from 9 to 13 November 2015 in the room 26.13.U1.23 at the University of Duesseldorf, was attend by 8 participants (7 of them are in the picture). • Requirements
  

This is a hands-on module which requires the use of PC. Students are free to use their own PCs or the laptops provided by Prof. Markus Kollmann. Practical session of the course will be performed using Linux OS. PCs with Windows and Mac OS require the installation of VirtualBox and a Linux virtual machine. A Fedora Linux disk image is available at the following link.
