From March 9th to April 30th, 2021 I am teaching the Module 2 of the Laboratory of Bioinformatics I course at the Master of Bioinformatics at the University of Bologna. From November 2th to December 11th, 2020 I taught the course Proteomes, Interactomes and Biological Networks.
At the University of Duesseldorf, during the summer 2016, the module Introduction to Protein-Protein Interaction Network (iPPI) was offered as a part of the Network Biology course (M4424) organized by Prof. Martin Lercher and Prof. Markus Kollmann.
In the fall 2015 the module Introduction to Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (iCB2) was taught as a part of the course Introduction to Molecular Systems Biotechnology (M4453) organized by Prof. Markus Kollmann.
Previously, with Malay Basu we developed the following two courses offered to the the students of the Graduate Biomedical Science (GBS) program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
