Biomolecules Folding and Disease

Introduction to Protein-Protein Interaction Network (iPPI) is a one-week module given by Emidio Capriotti to students of Biological Networks course (M4424) organized by Prof. Martin Lercher and Prof. Markus Kollmann. The module is given from 18 to 22 July 2016 in the room 25.02.01.25 at the University of Duesseldorf. This page includes all the slides and materials of the lectures.

• Requirements
  

This is a theoric and hands-on module which requires the use of PC. Students are free to use their own laptop. Practical session of the course will be performed on a Linux OS.
